En hiver, nous sommes normalement plus secs à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur en raison des changements climatiques et du fait d'être soumis aux radiateurs et aux systèmes de chauffage à l'intérieur des lieux où nous vivons et travaillons. Certaines des façons dont je lutte contre le nouvel environnement saisonnier consistent à m'en tenir à ma routine consistant à prendre des huiles en interne et à les ajouter en externe à mes produits de soins de la peau et à mes bains, etc.

Dans tous les cas, si vous avez une peau sèche sévère ou persistante, vous devez consulter votre médecin.

MON PRODUIT INCONTOURNABLE POUR LES PEAUX SÈCHES EN HIVER ?? Bien sûr, j'ai un faible pour mon produit Hard Night Good Morning , le PM Oil Cleanser/Makeup Remover . J'ai formulé ce produit comme une quadruple menace pour démaquiller, nettoyer et hydrater la peau et l'utiliser sur la peau et les cheveux secs. C'est un miracle! En plus de l'huile d'olive, il est formulé avec une foule d'autres huiles, notamment l'huile d'argousier, l'huile d'avocat, l'huile d'amande, l'huile de tamanu, l'huile d'argan, l'huile d'encens et l'huile de triphala. Pendant les mois d'hiver, je prends également des bains d'huile d'olive . Prenez ¼ tasse d'huile d'olive puis quelques gouttes de votre huile essentielle préférée. Je suis un «démon de l'aromathérapie», j'ai donc le choix entre plus de 50 parfums, mais les plus populaires pour les bains ont tendance à être les plus relaxants comme la lavande. Vous pouvez trouver des huiles uniques et des mélanges relaxants sur votre marché naturel local ou en ligne. Si vous vous sentez étouffé pendant les mois d'hiver ou si vous avez un rhume, essayez d'ajouter de l'eucalyptus. De plus, lorsque vous êtes sec, vous pouvez appliquer l’huile d’olive sur votre peau et même l’utiliser pour hydrater vos cheveux, vos ongles et vos lèvres. Vous n'êtes pas obligé d'aller au spa. Vous pouvez simplement ramener le spa à la maison, dans votre salle de bain !
