Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or shipped in error.

All eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The issue must be related to a manufacturing defect, damage upon arrival, or incorrect item received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested due to over-ordering, change of mind, or personal preference are not eligible for refund.

Return Authorization Required

Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-360-0988 before returning any item to obtain a return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be refused.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.

We will respond within 1-2 business days.
