Being a young woman in your mid 20's-30's can be a stressful time. Starting a new career, studying for long hours, or traveling the world to find your calling in life can take a lot out of a person. Getting an adequate amount of sleep is essential in keeping your body healthy and prepped for the years to come.
Studies have shown that this age group averages only 6 or less hours of sleep a day. Not receiving your full 8 hours of sleep can cause lack of motivation, increased risk of accidents, moodiness and irritability, and even weight gain.
